As standard there is not wifi in any of the cabins, however we do have a couple of wifi dongles available which can be requested on a first come first serve basis. Please note we are in a rural location, so the internet is very inconsistent! This is why we have removed it from the cabins.

Yes, we have a washer and dryer on site for the use of our guests. Both of these machines require you to enter pound coins in order to work

Our guests will receive a full refund minus a £50 Admin Fee should the address of the Lead Guest or Lake Farm find themselves in a lockdown during the commencement of your holiday. If you chose to move your booking to a new date then no admin charge will be added. Any additional costs for a date move will be added to your balance.

If you or any member of your group are self isolating and there is not a regional lockdown affecting either the provided Lead Guests region or Lake Farms region no refund will be issued and a change of booking date will not be available.

Due to the extra time needed to follow the specified Government guidelines our arrival time is from 4pm onwards and we are unable to accept early arrivals.

Bed linen can be provided at an extra cost and booked online. We can provide towels and tea towels at a cost of £10 per bundle. Please see our terms and conditions for further information.

Lake Farm strongly recommends guests ensure they take out travel insurance. If you have taken out independent travel insurance  check with your provider regarding reimbursements should you wish to cancel your holiday before you contact us.

Yes, two of our cabins Hazel Lodge, Birches and Meadows have hot tubs. Prices are as follows- 1 week usage £150.00 / Midweek usage (4 nights) £125.00 / Weekends (3 nights) £95.00.

Yes – There are great places to eat in Fordingbridge only a few miles from the Farm,  we have  a great Italian restaurant, fish & chips shops, Chinese and Indian food on offer with may delivering. You can also walk to The Churchill Arms from Lake Farm with takes approx 20 mins along a track and through woodland so great for a dog walk with a reward at the end!!.

Yes you can, just make sure to give the delivery driver your contact details as we are not responsible for any food deliveries on site. You will be allocated your own gate code to pass onto the delivery driver.

Yes –  we ask that they are kept on a lead around the site at all times . We do have a large field they can run around off the lead.  Max of 1 dogs per cabin.

Yes local taxi companies in the listed in the cabins. We recommend booking taxis early.

We do not allow night fishing, our fishing hours are from dawn until dusk and the fishing swims are on a first come first serve basis however there are plenty around the waters.

Yes we ask that anyone fishing at Lake Farm holds a fishing license which can be purchased online.

We do not sell bait on site however Ringwood Tackle is roughly a 15 minute drive from Lake Farm.

Yes we have gas central heating in 5 of our cabins and  Keepers Lodge, Lake View and Kingfisher all have electric heating systems.

Every cabin has an electric meter which take £1 or £2 coins, these can be obtained from Reception if needed.

We are now offering a pre-paid option for electric, guests can either add electric credit to their booking via your booking link or contact us on 01425 654106.  The cabin electric will be credited ready for your arrival.

We mostly have Common Carp, Rudd and Tench in the lakes and sizes vary up to approx 20lbs.

You can often spot deer, squirrels, badgers, foxes, pheasants, kingfishers, owls, various bird species, herons, geese, roaming chickens, donkeys and a minature shetland pony.

Guests are once again welcome at Lake Farm, please ensure you share your gate code for their entry. Fishing is not permitted for Day guests. Each cabin has a maximum guest capacity which must not be surpassed

Should the government introduce new guidelines again this may be subject to change in the future.

Yes each cabin either has a lockable storage box, hut or a section underneath the cabin.

Yes each cabin has an outside light which can be switched on/off inside the cabin. Please remember you are in the countryside and it does get very dark, a torch is very much recommended!

There are many local attractions in the area including The New Forest Waterpark, The New Forest, Stonehenge, Historical town of Salisbury, Peppa Pig World, Poultons Park, Marwell Zoo, The Isle of Wight, award winning  South coast beaches and many more.

Lake farm ONLY permits the use of disposable BBQs which are sold at our reception, each cabin has its own allocated BBQ area next to the cabin with a picnic table.

No, fire pits are not permitted at Lake Farm.
